Craig Briggs – Owner/President
For the past 30 years, Craig has worked in construction and prides himself in offering his knowledge in job planning, budgeting design, onsite manipulation and timely delivery of the finished product. In this time he has been fortunate enough to work with some of the most skilled craftsmen in the industry and has built lasting relationships with them.
Craig is always available to our growing list of clients. He enjoys meeting new people to help determine their specific requirements for a renovation or new home. Although he specializes in Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire, Craig is prepared to travel anyplace to oversee a custom project. Craig frequently attends custom home shows with his peers and continually educates himself and staff on current technology.
Craig’s reputation has been prefaced by information and consent. He believes that “being proactive” is a key to everyone’s satisfaction. Rachelle Reagan – Operations Manager
Over 20 years of construction experience with overall operations down to the smallest details of the project. Rachelle works both behind the scenes and front and center to make sure the customer is up to speed on what to expect, the costs associated with their project and the overall schedule.
She works with Craig, the craftsmen, and the financial institutions to make sure the customers are completely satisfied with the progress and the completion of their home. Whether it is helping with pricing, decisions or just support for the client to keep on track of the construction schedule. Rachelle is there to help tie it all in for a successful project on your custom home and ensure your satisfaction.
