Our new house was built on Drakes Island in Wells over the winter. We live in Canada and were only able to visit the construction site three times from September through June. Everything went flawlessly. Changes in design were incorporated without a stumble, project administration and communications were excellent and the quality of the finished product was first rate. CB's management, site supervision and sub-contractors were obviously a cut above. In site of a number of set-backs due to weather, regulatory hitches and so on, the project was completed ONE WEEK EARLY - amazing! Our hats are off to Craig, Wayne, Rachelle, Deno and all the subs! It would be fun to do it all again.
